This nicely staged Bridges Plan 3 is now in escrow just about a week after hitting the market. It was the first of this floor plan to come up in about a year. Some smart upgrades have been done here – flooring, cabinets painted white, stainless appliances, granite and quartz countertops. The price is in-line with the most recent model-match sales, but a little higher than the larger plan 4s lately, so it’ll be interesting to see how the market reacts – looks to have been favorable – I’ll post again once it closes escrow.
