A second $20,000 reduction on this Verandas plan 2 unit. Fairly standard in terms of upgrades, this unit has tile flooring, black quartz countertops, and a mix of white and stainless appliances in the kitchen. Not much in the way of upgrades in the master bathroom. We’ll see if there’s an appetite at this price but this does feel a bit high to me no surprise to see the 2nd reduction. Much better chance to sell now as it gets closer to $600,000.
