This Bridges plan 2 is starting to get more realistic on price, dropping the high-end of the price range and instead sticking at $599,000. The price though still feels high for a townhome with original tile countertops, carpet, and original cabinetry, but maybe the low inventory in the community will help. The plan 2 does offer 2 master bedrooms on the top level, and 1 bedroom on the mid-level. Light and bright though, and nicely staged. We’ll see what happens.
