This short-sale at the Terraces on a plan 2 is now under contract. Market time is a bit misleading because there was a delay until the tenants moved out – so I’ll expect this one to sell fairly close to the asking price. Positives were a clean unit, and a nicely upgraded kitchen, but it did have some noise from the gates on Fenton.
