This nicely upgraded Verandas Plan 2 is now in escrow not long after a price reduction. Distressed hardwood floors, brick accent wall on the staircase, and newer carpet. This one could use a bit of work in the kitchen and baths with tile counters. One of the more popular floor plans in the community as the dining room could be enclosed easily and used as a den/office or a 3rd bedroom. Great upgrades but we’ll see if the price can be obtained even after the reduction. I’ll post again once it closes escrow.
