Why the Courtyards? The Courtyards are one of the most spread out communities in the neighborhood, so a bit more breathing room and more guest parking than most. 2 of the 3 floor plans in the Courtyards offer both 3 bedrooms AND patio yards. The Plan 3, arguably one of the top 3 floor plans in ALL of Escala has only 2 levels, 3 bedrooms, the patio yard, the 2-car garage AND a driveway with space for 2 cars.
Why not the Courtyards? Even the great Courtyards Plan 3 still has an attached wall, so not as much privacy as in the Villas. The Plan 2 has two separate 1-car garages – not necessarily a deal killer, but much less efficient than a standard 2 car garage, especially with laundry in one of the garages. The Plan 1 has a very private top floor master suite, but that’s on the 3rd level so more stairs with no living space on the entry level.
