This Bridges plan 4 is now at least temporarily off the market.  Surprisingly to some, this is actually the largest individual floor plan in all of Escala, with more square footage than the Villas Plan 3 and the Verandas plan 4 (just barely).  Ideal for multiple roommates as there are 3 bedrooms, each on their own floor, and 3.5 baths so a private bath for all.  The price is still pushing it and looking to set an all-time record for the Bridges.
