The Terraces at Escala offer the row home lifestyle with 3-story plans consisting of either 2 or 3 bedrooms, with 2.5 or 3.5 baths, all with direct access 2-car garages. Prices typically range from the mid $800,000s to the high $900,000s.
Why the Terraces? The Terraces were smartly designed with no units sharing ceilings or floors. The floor plans offer great privacy for roommates and guests, and the Plan 2 and Plan 3 both offer true dens/3rd bedrooms on the entry level. The plan 1 has a nice office nook adjacent. The Terraces HOA runs a tight ship – always plenty of guest parking available.
Why not the Terraces? None of the Terraces floor plans offer patio yards – it’s a small balcony at best for the largest Plan 3, and only entry level not very private front porches for the Plan 1 and Plan 2. 3 levels for all of the floor plans at the Terraces, so stairs are always a factor.
