After about a month on the market, this traditional sale at the Terraces is now in escrow. It’s plan 2 which was on the market about a year ago. It does have granite, wood floors, custom paint, etc. We’ll see how they do – since they’re under $500,000 no reason to think that it won’t sell. I think it does look superior to the other model match that is also for sale (although taking a short break from the market). I’ll post again once it closes. Nice little flurry of activity over the past week in the community.
