This short-sale at the Terraces was reduced from $429,000 down to $395,000. I’m not sure what took so long for that to happen since there was a recent foreclosure listed and now in escrow for less. It’ll be interesting to see if the price reduction does the trick, or more of a reduction is needed to attract a buyer to a short-sale.
