This nicely upgraded Bungalows has at least been temporarily pulled off the market after about a month for sale trying to set an all-time high price. This 3 bedroom home has been upgraded from flooring to paint to countertops, even a walk-in shower in the master bathroom and updated tub-surround in the 2nd bathroom. This one does have a patio yard but based on the location in the community has one of the smaller ones. Great condition though, but the asking price is not supported by any recent sales and is about $75,000 to $100,000 more than the competition. I’ll be floored if this one sells without a lot of negotiation on the price. I’ll post again once it’s back on the market.
