This Terraces plan 1 has been reduced again now to $504,950. With some decent upgrades might look familiar because it just sold last year out of foreclosure, and is now being sold again and has slightly reduced in price. Asking price is a bit high for a plan 1 in my opinion, but at least it’s been freshened up a bit since the last time it was for sale. It’ll be interesting to see how much if any profit there is to be had on this one for such a quick turnaround, but tough sledding so far.
