This Villas plan 2 has closed escrow for $3,000 over the asking price at $618,000. Newer appliances, paint, and carpet. Not many upgrades at all but the isn’t bad as a result for a true 3 bedroom detached home with the always popular patio yard. The kitchen does have granite countertops and some ceiling fans have been added.
