This Courtyards plan 1 is now in escrow. A little light on the upgrades with tile counters in the kitchen and lots of carpet. Price isn’t bad though, so we’ll see how the market reacts. I’d expect this one to sell closer to the mid $400,000s. Based on the time on the market it took to go under contract, maybe they did even better than that? I’ll post again once it closes.
