A day after another model match hit the market for a lot less, this traditional sale at the Bungalows has reduced by $20,000. This is technically the smallest floor plan at Escala, but since all of the living space and bedrooms are on the same level, it’s a bit deceptive, and has a nice flow. Nice kitchen upgrades with solid-surface countertops and stainless steel appliances, but lots of carpet as well – it’ll be interesting to see if someone jumps on it for over $500,000. No takers so we’ll see if the price reduction gets it sold – I think it will.
