Back on the market at the Bridges is this nicely upgraded plan 2. It’s notably overpriced though, probably by about 15%. New counters, floors, etc, but it’s just a hard sell when most Bridges plan 1s and 2s have sold for less than $430,000. I’ll post again once they reduce or otherwise…
