This plan 1 listing at the Bridges has closed escrow for just $4,000 less than the asking price – very impressive. Contrary to the comments on the listing, I’d disagree and say this one is just slightly upgraded over builder standards with Corian counters in the kitchen, and laminate flooring on the main level. Lots of carpet, white appliances, and nothing else to speak of other than the fact that it is clean and ready to go for the next owner. The asking price makes sense, but based on the lack of upgrades, even that more impressive of a sale. Congratulations to the new owner!
