Just a couple of days after hitting the market, this Bridges plan 1 listing that backs onto the hill to the west of the Bridges is now in escrow. This might look familiar as it was on the market for a few months in 2014 without finding a buyer. Some nice tile floors and some interesting paint colors (I hope you like blue), I think the location will help sell this one. Expect this one to move within a few weeks in this market which it appears to have done. I’ll post again once it closes.
