This plan 2 listing at the Bridges is now in escrow after about a month on the market. Some modest upgrades like granite countertops in the kitchen and tile flooring on the main level. A pretty wide asking price range from $439,000 to $479,000 – I think the high end of that price range is just for show and can’t imagine a buyer going that high given the past sales in the market. Interesting to see a bit more movement in the Bridges as we approach the holidays. I’ll post again once it closes.
