This Bungalows plan 3 is now in escrow again after having fallen out once before. It was the first time for this home to be on the re-sale market since the development was built. Recent updates include paint, flooring, cabinetry and lighting fixtures. This model of course features the patio yard, so more outdoor space than most. A little interesting in that some money was spent on flooring, but not on countertops. The price feels a bit high, but being one of only 2 properties active on the market in Escala, don’t be surprised if it moves quickly (which it did). I’ll post again once it closes.
