After about 5 weeks on the market, this Villas plan 2 short-sale is now in escrow. Asking about 10% less than another model match in the Villas, expect this one to get plenty of looks from value seeking Escala buyers. Some room for improvement in terms of paint and carpet, but it does have a patio yard of course and a nice kitchen with granite countertops. No reason this one should sit on the market long especially with the reduction. I’ll post again once it closes escrow.
