This short-sale at the Terraces is under contract. It’ll be interesting to see if the asking price holds or if an appraisal by the bank will push it over the mid $400,000s like the last several sales in the Terraces. Granite countertops and backsplash, enginereed wood flooring. Not much to else report here yet but if it does come back on the market I’ll post more information.
