We’ll call this a new listing – after being taken off the market for a few months over the holidays this this traditional sale at the Terraces is back on the market. It’s plan 2 which was on the market about a year ago. It does have granite, wood floors, custom paint, etc. We’ll see how they do – since they’re under $500,000 no reason to think that it won’t sell. I think it does look superior to the other model match that also hit the market today at the Terraces.
