This Courtyards plan 1 has finally closed escrow for just $2,000 less than the most recent asking price at $497,000. I had previously said they should have started below $500,000 so now I’d expect it to move. Some wood floors among the upgrades, but with no kitchen nor bathroom photos provided, I can’t imagine many more upgrades than that. Interesting to see a little flurry of activity at the Courtyards on this particular floor plan. Congratulations to the new owner!
