After a couple of weeks on the market at a sky-high price, this Verandas plan 1 listing has now been reduced to a range from $599,000 to $649,000. I still think it’s asking too mcuh given the comparable sales, but at least it’s heading in the right direction. A few more modern upgrades than most such as glass closet doors, and some custom paint and window treatments. With a nice presentation, some wood floors, granite countertops, I think people will take a look at it, but I’ll still be shocked if it sells within the current price range.
