This amazing remodel at the Verandas for this plan 1 is now finally in escrow. Purchased a few years ago as a short-sale and basically gutted and turned into a contemporary stunner. New kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, upgraded lighting. Marble floors throughout including on the stairs in the master bedroom. The bathrooms have also been upgraded with new cabinetry, stone, quartz, etc. Even the railings have been upgraded. The price is getting better, and for a total remodel in Escala, I think they’ve got a great chance to sell for a new recent high now that it’s not that much of a premium compared to more “stock” units.
